PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:

This program is dedicated to supporting a deserving, financially in-need student in their preparation for the Medical Technology Board Exam by providing a scholarship for the Memory Cell Edition (MCE) full course, including online final coaching, from TheCheckPointOnline Tutorials.

WHO CAN APPLY?

First-time takers and retakers who are sure to take the March 2025 MTLE
With significant financial need for the licensure exam journey
With no record of misconduct or misdemeanor

NOTE: While good academic performance is a plus, it is not strictly required. However, a strong commitment to academic excellence and personal growth is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

Completed scholarship application form which includes submission of the following:
- Personal Video Statement
  - Submit a short video recording (strictly maximum of 5 minutes) explaining why you should be chosen for the scholarship.
- Academic Records
  - Submit a scanned copy of your Transcript of Records (TOR) AND diploma.
- Proof of Income
  - Submit a scanned copy of any of the following:
    - Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of the applicant or parents
    - Last month’s electric bill in the applicant’s or parents’ name
    - Certificate of Indigency
    - Previous financial aid/scholarship document
Online interview.
- You will be contacted with the details for your Zoom interview.
- Please be aware that the interview will include questions about TheCheckPointOnline Review, in addition to personal questions.

SCHOLAR’S DUTIES

The scholar must maintain perfect attendance during live sessions.
The scholar should diligently prepare for the board exam.
The scholar should maintain regular communication with TheCheckPointOnline team, especially with Doc Krizza-Almond.
The scholar is encouraged to pay it forward when they are in a position to do so.
The scholar should be willing to become an active member of TheCheckPointOnline review team.
