#TheCheckPointOnline Scholarship Program

We are looking for a student who is interested to be part of TheCheckPointOnline family as part of his/her preparation for the Med Tech Board Exam but is financially incapable as of the moment. Good academic performance is a plus but is not required.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:

This program aims to help a deserving student prepare for the Medical Technology Board Exam by offering a FULL MEMORY CELL EDITION COURSE SCHOLARSHIP under TheCheckPointOnline Tutorials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Applicant must be significantly in need of financial assistance for the Licensure Exam journey.
2. First-time takers and Re-takers are welcome to apply.
3. Applicant must have no record of misconduct/misdemeanor.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Fully accomplished Scholarship Application Form.
2. Essay written in any language not exceeding 500 words answering the question: “Why do I deserve to be the chosen scholar?”
3. Scanned Copy of TOR and Diploma
   • In case these documents are not available, please submit all the following:
     • Copy of your School ID
     • Screenshot copy of your Scholastic Record from your school’s website account (if applicable)
     • Recommendation Letter from one of your professors in college
4. Proof of Income of both parents/guardians from January of the last year until present

SCHOLARSHIP INCLUSIONS:

1. FULL COURSE MCE REVIEW worth P15,000
2. Internet allowance of P500/month from May 2021 to August 2021
3. PRC Exam Fee

SCHOLAR’S DUTIES:

1. The scholar should have no absences during live sessions.
2. The scholar should do his/her best to prepare for the board exam.
3. The scholar should constantly communicate with TheCheckPoint team, especially with Doc Kriz.
4. The scholar should pay-it-forward when he/she is already able to.
5. The scholar should be willing to be a part of TheCheckPointOnline review team.

SELECTION PROCESS:

1. Submit all requirements in PDF to thecheckpointonline@gmail.com.
   • Deadline of submission: April 22, 2021, 11:59 PM.
2. Selected applicants who passed the screening process will be notified via text/email and will undergo an online interview via Zoom on April 24, 2021, 4:00 pm.
